The Environmental Impact Statement is intended to enable the community to understand the nature and consequences of environmental impacts that can be reasonably anticipated as the result of proposed construction. The Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS), linked below, is superseded by the Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS), which incorporates project changes and community input.
